All meetings take place in the Crown Hotel, Nantwich unless otherwise stated. You are welcome to join us for lunch before the meeting.

3rd February - "Janus Day". Branch Annual General Meeting.
9th March - The Last White Rose. Talk by Justin Soper
6th April - Dr John Ashdown-Hill Memorial Lecture. "An Afternoon with Philippa Langley. "The Princes in the Tower - Solving History's Most Famous Cold Case." Historian Philippa Langley reports on five years of the Missing Princes' Project. Venue: Nantwich Civic Hall, 2pm
11th May - The Foreign Policies of Edward IV and Richard III. Talk by Matthew Lewis, Chairman of the Richard III Society
1st June - The Ladies of the Garter. Talk by Dr Andrew Gray
20th July - A Voice for Richard. Talk by Yvonne Morley Chisholm
3rd August - Dr John Ashdown-Hill Social Day
7th September - Hawks on the Walk. A day out at the Falconry Centre at the Battle of Shrewsbury Exhibition Site near Shrewsbury. There will be a talk on the history of falconry followed by a chance to fly the birds.
12th October - The King's Work: The Defence of the North Yorkist Kings 1471-1485, by Anne F Sutton. Given by Margaret Byrne, secretary of the West Merseyside and Southport Group
9th November - The Barber Surgeon. Talk by Eddie Smallwood
7th December - Christmas Lunch at the Crown, Nantwich. Michael Brown will be telling us all about A Medieval Christmas. Please contact Marion Moulton for further details.
